Mine buffers on the PC no matter which DNS/VPN server I use. On 50 meg wired broadband too.

Same here Kronic.... I'm only on 31 so no chance... everything else is ok HD films etc but any live sport in HD (unless it's on NBC on the USLive channel) is buffering more than a out of control steam train....

Anal.... if you have downloaded XMBC you should be able to find NBCSN as a Add on (was there on the one I just downloaded on my PC last week).... be aware I have found it virtually impossible to play non buffering every 5 seconds (that's with fibre)

For non buffering streams you cant beat a PC. I have used XBMC and Mobdro and a load of other apps and they just dont cut it. PC connected to the TV is still the best way

Does anyone use cyberghost?
When I do a speed check on my Android box, I get about 17-18.
When I do it connected to the USA with cyberghost, I get about 2-3.
Is that normal?
Which means NBC buffers alot.

vpn can cut your speed by 2/3rds , try a smart dns, unotelly, or vypr vpn

My android box has gone haywire.... instead of the front page I have a lovely scenic Hong Kong skyline that keeps prompting me for a password?? Have written off to Droidsticks tgo ask them what the fuck is going on ??

My CyberGhost has gone shite too. Only paid a score for the cunt so not a massive issue.
Have got XBMC going on the iPad where the VPN is set up on. When I mirror the pic on to my Apple TV it's not full screen.
As far as I know I can't run a VPN on the Apple TV itself so do I have any options other than running the VPN on my laptop and plugging the ATV into that via Ethernet?

Johnson - use smartdnsproxy.com - you change your DNS servers to theirs once your registered, don't need a VPN etc Can set it up on a whole range of devices, including the ATV, but I've done it on my router so all my devices go through it, means I can access the common torrent sites etc whatever I'm using. Get's full speed too
